Please feel free to contact us through our email email@example.com, we find that email is a better way of tracking all enquiries and keeping a record of what we have to do, we did trial a phone service but we were getting inundated with calls and we love to talk to our customers but then we didn't have time to pack our orders or we couldn't track any requests efficiently - Rest assured we do get back to you on email. During periods of high demand we might get back to in a day or two but we do get back to you.
We welcome pick ups if you would like to pick up please email us with your order on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have it ready for you in the showroom. At The Little Big Company, we strive to keep our customers totally happy.
