By using www.tlbc.com.au, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept those changes. Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.

Parcels need to be checked upon delivery via the Auspost service, through Subject to Check provisions so when the driver delivers your goods it is subject to check and do not accept them if they are broken, but if you have accepted the item you need to follow the compensation procedures via Auspost. As the breakage is the responsibility of our carrier as we ensure the goods are sent to you unbroken.

Refunds on Breakages

**IMPORTANT** You are obliged to check goods in front of courier or postal agent when they deliver them. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please advise us in writing via email within 2 days, including a photograph of the damaged item. Send an email to order@tlbc.com.au and follow the insurance and compensation on the goods with Auspost as we cover extra cover for the protection of our customer.

All refunds, returns and faults need to be reported within a 2 day period or we cannot proceed with compensation action against courier services. In the first instance please email us on order@tlbc.com.au with a photo, sending problem product images or product breakages. We would additionally appreciate if you could take your item to your local AusPost to aid a claim on breakage, as we offer our customers insurance cover.

  • Take your parcel to Auspost office, get the manager to give you a PM26 Form, get the manager to site broken parcel and show them how we adequately packaged the parcel.
  • Once you have received the customer ref number from Auspost email it us on order@tlbc.com.au and we will action your issue straight away.

We are pleased to offer our customers Extra cover with our Carrier Auspost - eParcel. We pay for this to protect our customers. We pay attention to detail in terms of ensuring our items are quality checked and packed carefully and a fragile notification is placed on the boxes. So we pay utmost care in ensuring your items are delivered to you unbroken. In the unfortunate and rare event that our goods get broken it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure that you get the money back on your items via crediting us with the extra cover. Claims usually take 7 working days with Auspost, once those claims are paid back to our Auspost account we will refund you or send your product out to you again.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not refund for change of mind.

Returns need to be made within 5 days of delivery.

Please send approved refund parcels to 2-12 Alexandra Parade, Clifton Hill, VIC 3068 for the following (We do not cover shipping for returns or change of mind)

  • Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
  • Undamaged
  • In a sale-able condition upon return
  • We do not refund for edible items such as our candy, lollipops, swizzle or crystal sticks because of food safety issues.
  • Please provide us with your Banking and EFT details to order@tlbc.com.au and once we have received the items back we can refund you.
If the item you have received is faulty with a minor fault we still require that item back to us in the condition you received it so please send it back via registered post so it covers you for insurance if package is broken, if the item is smashed upon delivery to us we cannot refund the product please insure it is covered by Registered post if not we can not refund on broken and smashed items. If the item is faulty we need an email with a photo of the damaged goods to us to order@tlbc.com.au and we also need the items back to us to 2-12 Alexandra Parade, Clifton Hill, Vic 3068, we do not cover the costs of  shipping the return goods, if the item is broken please claim via our compensation policy. Following you sending the item back to Little Big Company in order to get a refund please send us the tracking details or advise us by email that you have sent the item. Once your items have been sent please follow up with an email to order@tlbc.com.au with your tracking details so we can ensure it has arrived back to Little Big Company or email us to check that it has arrived into Goods in. If you live in Melbourne you are most welcome to drop off the items to us at the address above.
Goods returned will warrant a $10 processing administration fee.
Items will be exchanged or refunded if the goods are in the same condition as when you received them and in the same packaging when sent to us we do not cover for return shipping.

We do not refund if you have supplied the wrong Shipping Address or Incorrectly Ordered Items, or unapproved change of mind - An additional postage charge will apply to return the parcel back to the customer.

Lost parcels
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is automatically returned to us we will need to charge again for the shipping costs.
Auspost automatically emails you with a shipping and tracking number so you can track the parcel to you, we endeavour to ship the item to you asap and if you have not received the item within 7-10 working days please follow up with your tracking number to Auspost phone 13 7678 or via their tracking site.
What happens if I don't have some items in my order?
Sometimes we have things on backorder and we endeavour to advise you of that via email, please email us on order@tlbc.com.au for any queries

The Little Big Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the Site or the content or information available on or through the Site.  Except as otherwise provided through applicable laws, neither The Little Big Company nor the directors, employees, agent or contracts shall be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of related to the use of the Site.  This limitation of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

The Little Big Company makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the items displayed on this Site.

The Little Big Company seeks to satisfy customers. Ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied is of the utmost importance to our business.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via PayPal. Payment through Paypal is safe and secure. To ensure that your details remain confidential, we use the services of PayPal. Your financial details are not viewed or stored by us. We also accept Bank Deposit. Please note, products will not be shipped until payment has cleared. This may take up to 3 working days.

If you process an order and it remains unpaid after a period of more than 3 business days we will contact you and ask for payment within 24 hours. If we have not received payment after this period your order will be cancelled.

If we have products out of stock, as we are going through a busy time, we will notify you asap, to get the item back in stock from our supplier may take 7-14 working days we will endeavor to let you know.

Since food products cannot be returned please take care when placing an order and keep in mind the following Some of our products are hand-made in batches and colour may vary they also may also look different from one computer monitor to the next.

If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from The Little Big Company you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.

Please contact us to organise a return or refund, we will. We will ask you to write down the reason for your return and the date of your order. Please write toorder@tlbc.com.au with a brief reason for return / refund. We will reply within 36 hrs via email of what action to make next.

When The Little Big Company receives parcels we check the condition of the receipted goods in goods in. If your parcel is refused, original and return shipping costs

will be charged to the purchaser's original form of payment.

The customer is responsible for return shipping the item back to The Little Big Company and the customer is responsible for any repostage costs in sending the item back in the post if unsatisfied with the item or the item is faulty. Please send the item back by registered post because if the item is broken whilst sending the item back to us, then the Registered post covers you to get your money back on  the goods  up to $100 if the parcel is broken during transit. Please notify us by email within 7 days and we will reply with details of how you can return the goods to us if you are unclear on this. Please allow a five to 10 working day shipping time on resending the item to you, if it is urgent please alert us by email onorder@tlbc.com.au.
As said - the customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to The Little Big Company and must take all reasonable care to ensure items are returned to us safely and not damaged in transit, if the goods are damaged in transit you need to follow up with the carrier that has sent the parcel as they have procedures and forms to fill out in order for you to get the insurance back on the parcel if you have paid for the parcel to be posted via registered post. We need proof the item is damaged and if you have been sent the wrong item we ask before any refund is made we need the parcel back in order for it be processed for refund.



If the customer provides the wrong address when placing an order, the following shall apply:

In order for credit to be received for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at purchaser’s expense, to our return address  and must be in the same condition as it was received.

Please order as early as possible if you have an event, as we endeavor to get the items out the door quickly, but we can not always rely on our postal services as some express post items don't arrive the next day in Australia depending on the post code

You agree to indemnify us at all times in respect of all claims by any person in relation to any injury, sickness, food poisoning, loss, claim or expense arising out of or in conjunction with the use of The Little Big Company's equipment or services.

**IMPORTANT** The Client agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all claims arising out of the use of the Little Big Company's wares bought online at http://www.tlbc.com.au.  Little Big Company will not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, sickness, choking, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use of The Little Big Company lollipops, swizzle sticks, sugar, edible items,  glass wares on any items for sale on the site. Client indemnify The Little Big Company and holds The Little Big Company Pty Ltd harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages,and liability including attorney fees and court costs arising out of in connections with or resulting from the services of The Little Big Company.

Please note The Little Big Company accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
Please note if payment is made by e-check or bank deposit we have to wait until those funds are cleared in order to send the parcel out.

Liability & Indemnity 
You agree to indemnify us at all times in respect of all claims by any person in relation to any injury, sickness, food poisoning, loss, claim or expense arising out of or in conjunction with the use of The Little Big Company's products bought off the site The customer agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all claims arising out of the use of the Little Big Company products bought from The Little Big Company. The Little Big Company will not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, sickness, choking, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the useof The Little Big Company products. You agree to to indemify The Little Big Company Pty Ltd harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages,

The Little Big Company is not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed or prevented or for any other reason beyond our control including the acts of any third parties.
